Process x results + luck = achievement
We live in outcome determinative times. Most people have fallen prey to the notion that if you don't achieve EVERYTHING you want your process is flawed. It's that mindset which produces the need for some psychopaths -- we're not naming names -- to claim victory for obvious failures because without victory they believe their efforts were worthless. The same psychology prevents people from apologizing for bad behavior. Well here at JMI we subscribe to the opposite philosophy. Namely as long as your intentions are good and you have integrity you are a success. We strive to have the highest integrity and gear our process to reflect that. If we make a mistake we apologize sincerely and quickly. And we never, ever seek to judge or be judged on anything else. Peace, love and purity from everyone at JMI.
